Compliance & Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Agreement
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Buhotec Miami client. Before proceeding, please read the following compliance terms carefully. By completing and submitting this registration you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Compliance Commitment
Buhotec Miami LLC is fully committed to complying with all applicable local and international laws and regulations aimed at preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illicit financial activities, including FinCEN guidelines and OFAC regulations.
2. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Identity Verification
By submitting this form, you authorize Buhotec to conduct identity verification of your company and its legal representatives. This includes screening against government watchlists and sanctions databases including OFAC (U.S. Treasury), Interpol, the United Nations Security Council (UNSC), the European Union (EU), HM Treasury (UK), and other relevant national authorities. We also perform checks for Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and individuals linked to adverse media or financial crime risks.
3. Background Checks & Ongoing Monitoring
You acknowledge and consent that Buhotec may conduct OFAC screening and other government background checks on your identity, company, legal representatives, and beneficial owners as part of our standard due diligence procedures. For existing clients, we perform ongoing monitoring and reassessment every 3 to 6 months.
4. Accuracy of Information
You certify that all information provided in this registration form is accurate, complete, and truthful. You agree to promptly notify Buhotec of any material changes. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate rejection or termination of the business relationship and may be reported to relevant authorities.
5. Prohibited Activities
You confirm that your company does not engage in:
- Transactions with unverifiable sources of funds
- Business with sanctioned countries or entities
- Concealment of true beneficial owners through shell companies
- Third-party payments without clear contractual justification
6. Approval Discretion
Buhotec reserves the right to approve or decline any registration at its sole discretion. All submitted information is subject to verification by our Compliance Team. Access to pricing and product availability will only be granted upon successful verification, which may take up to 24 business hours.
